How Do You Stay Motivated?


One of the hardest things about exercise and staying healthy is staying motivated. What do you do to motivate yourself? Do you have people who inspire you? That cupcake sitting on the counter? My teammates are super motivating. They encourage me when I do well and challenge me to push myself during every game and practice. What or who gets you moving? Here are some helpful suggestions to get you thinking.
